Unusual and alluring, here's Roxelyn, our chic black vintage cocktail halo hat that refuses to be ordinary! Her wreath-style base features sheer black organza petals bursting everywhere along with black beads dangling at different lengths. Though some of her beads show a bit of age related cracking, it adds graphic interest and just looks like they were meant to be that way! Her full wrap around birdcage veil covers the top of the head down to mid-nose and measures 4" from bottom of base. The petal base measures 11” over the the top, side to side (not counting bead fringe). Beads strands range from 2” to 5” long.
