Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via phone as soon as possible. If we speak to you before 12:00pm PST on the day your order is shipping, we will catch it and issue a full refund.  Please leave a voice mail with your name, number and order description if you aren’t able to speak to us directly and we’ll contact you to confirm your cancellation.
